- morkzgVery aromatic, with lots of ginjo aromas. Bubblegum, peach, strawberry, green apple, pineapple, lychee. The palate is quite different and distinctly features cereal and nuts, like chestnuts and roasted almonds. It reminds me of the milk left after eating a bowl of chocolate cereal. Certainly a hint of dairy, and with some good, clean astringency. Finish is medium, with umami coming and going as the flavour slowly fades. This is really quite enjoyable. Yappari Hakutsuru know their stuff. 4.5/5
