bonchi
When the settled ori is cleaned and stirred, it is milky white like Calpis. The aroma is reminiscent of yogurt and citrus like orange. The aroma is weak. The mouthfeel is light with a refreshing sourness. A grapefruit-like astringency lingers in the aftertaste, but it is crisp and has a short finish. It is a refreshing sake.
It is refreshing to drink and you can't stop drinking. We finished 6 cups in no time. I'm sure you'll be able to understand why.

I warmed it up on the third day after opening the bottle, and it still has the same citrusy aroma with the same alcoholic smell, and no weird astringency.
It's just too good on the palate at any temperature 😋.
