Hamachidori Genzui Junmai Ginjo This brewery is located in Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture. The spring water is drawn from a deep well 40 meters underground in the Genzui district of Otsuchi-cho. Koji rice is polished to 50% and Kake rice is polished to 55%, Iwate yeast "Yuko no Koi" is used to brew this sake. Iwate yeast "Yuko no Omoi" is used to brew this sake. It has a soft banana-like aroma, gentle and refreshing acidity, and a crisp aftertaste. A crisp aftertaste. #Nihon-shu
