I prefer junmai sake that is not too ginjo, so this is my first daiginjo in a long time.
Clear ginjo aroma. Pear or apple aroma.
It is a good cosmetics sake and can be used as an in-between-dinner drink.
It is difficult to make a good cheap sake. I think it is difficult to make good sake at a low price.
Which do you prefer, Mac or Mos?
I don't eat much of either (laughs).
I used to be a Mos.
Now I think I can have McDonald's.
Come to think of it, I haven't eaten Mos lately.
