We will start this year's Hiyaoroshi with Yuki no Kayasha.
I was not sure if it was Jun Gin or Yamahai Junmai. It's as good as ever.
It has a refreshing acidity and a spreading umami. And yet, it's also rather robust.
It's a good season to drink sake. I'm getting a vaccination tomorrow, but will it be okay if I drink alcohol?
