For some reason, many junmai and ginjos from Nagano breweries are halfway polished to 59%, but this Taisetsukei junmai ginjo nama-genshu is polished to 55%. The aroma from the glass is Delicious Apple🍎, quite fruity. The taste is rich and mellow. It is slightly dry, but also has a hint of sweetness.
