There was a sake bar near the venue of the year-end party, so we took the liberty of having an after-party.
The first sake of the day was "Yukiten" by Tenbi. I expected it to be sweet and refreshing.
The aroma was soft and fruity.
The mouthfeel was slightly sweet with a fine, delicate sizzling sensation.
The inside taste is refreshing and umami,
The aftertaste is bitter and pungent.
It is very good.
