胡麻団子
After finishing my graduation thesis presentation, I wanted to drink something a little sweeter.
The aroma is modest. The round and firm sweetness melts away from the moment it touches the tongue and dominates the mouth. The slight sourness and umami balance the overall taste perfectly, and the aftertaste is gentle, but has a refreshing impression, somewhat like grapes.
It has a low alcohol content of 8-9%, and should be drunk as a dessert sake.
