Tonight, I'm going to open a sake that is a little bit like spring 🌸.
Bunraku Pearl Aizan 45% polished from the same brewery in Sairai ✨❤️🌋
First of all, it's also about a year old 😅 but it's well chilled and fire-aged so don't worry about it 🤗.
The aroma is berry-like 🍓🍇 with a freshness and lusciousness that goes through your nostrils. It tastes like Aizan, but thanks to the polishing process, it has a very elegant sweetness that is not at all persistent and disappears easily with a beautiful acidity.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which is also 👌.
This is comparable to the Jun Dai Aizan I drank the other day 😋😋😋😋.
p.s My wife bought her favorite fried noodle with gomoku ankake yakisoba and some Chinese side dishes to take out for dinner, but the waiter forgot to put the noodles in a separate container and it was "no gomoku ankake naki" 😅This was a delicious drink to appease my furious wife🤣🤣🤣🤣.
