The third drink at Ketobashiya Champion was Mimuro Sugi, a brand that I personally have only had summer sake and have not seen very often, so I am glad to have encountered it.
The aroma was like rum 😍swiffly gassy, juicy and sweet, with a refreshing acidity that was also very tasty ✨It was a well-balanced sake that I would like to drink again!
