This sake was released in January, ahead of the early spring. It was kept for a while because we couldn't go to the liquor store due to the heavy snow in February, as I recall. I went to pick it up with Aizan.
Shuwashuwa is very energetic. It's quite crispy. But the sweetness is a little bit restrained, but just enough 😊.
