A citrusy scent. It also smells like a wooden vat. I feel it. In the mouth, there is grapefruit juice. Then, the bitterness of the citrus flavor kills it. Perhaps because it is low alcohol, there is no sense of sake at all. The taste of rice is strong. If you let it sit for a while, it will become a little sweeter. It is delicious.
