Purchased at Super Tsuruya the week before last and opened the bottle.
My brother came home from Tokyo, so we had it after the evening sunset.
Compared with the unfiltered raw sake we drank the other day, it is quite dry.
It seems to go well with anything as a food sake.
I tried to find out if it was an original Tsuruya sake, but could not find out.
Both Chino and Chikuma had a lot of it on their shelves. I envy you that you can easily buy this kind of sake at supermarkets 😀.
