Tama flavor comes from the Tamagawa River that runs near the brewery, and I wonder if the name of the company is the same.
It is a limited edition product with a temporary title and a temporary label, sold on a trial basis.
It is made with Uonuma sake and Association 1801 yeast.
It has a slight top-fragrance aroma mixed with sweetness and citrus, and the moment you put it in your mouth, you will say, "Mmmm, amai! And ...... it's thick! It has a richness that makes you think you might miss carp. The alcohol content is not so high, even though it is called "Harazake".
It is called "slightly sweet," but it is very sweet. But the aftertaste is rather light.
There is a clear liquid that may have a slight color to it. The liquid is clear, maybe with a slight color, and a large amount of thin, clear legs, which I expected to be thick and heavy.
