This is a hiyaoroshi sake made by Mr. Masayuki Hirata, who is certified as a "Master Brewer of Niigata" and a "Zen-Gyoren Meister".
The Trump series is a seasonal sales series for spring, summer, autumn and winter. The heart of the series is autumn.
It has a sweetness derived from koji and a crisp finish.
