Suisen慶直 純米吟醸
お猿と狸
I had a very local limited collaboration Drunken that I got in Ofunato, Iwate Prefecture.
It's a junmai ginjo made from Hitomebore, a rice grown in this area, and it's fruity, but with a strong umami flavor that follows you around.
The following is from the website...
Mya Group's original sake, Yoshitada, is now on sale for review.
It is a collaboration product between Shusen Shuzo (Ofunato City, Iwate Prefecture) and the Maiya Group.
Hitomebore, an organically grown rice produced in Daito, Ichinoseki City, is polished to a 50% milling ratio and made into a junmai ginjo using ginjo yeast.
The result is a Junmai Ginjo.
Please enjoy the fruity taste chilled.
It is sold only at Maiya Bihan. Please try it.
