I had been drinking a lot of sweet sake, so I wanted to try a crisp, dry sake. Sotenbo was the first one I tried in a while.
I like Sotenbo hot sake, but it is also good chilled.
It's a nice, refreshing sake that's perfect for a mealtime drink, but also has depth.
About 350 yen.
