I've had this before, Kanchiku.
They gave me a Daiginjo, so I had it.
The one I drank before was not the same, but it had an aged, classic taste, so I thought it would be the same this time, and it was.
I don't usually drink this type of sake, but it was heavy, so I paired it with Chinese food with cold sake, and it was good.
The second glass was heated.
I recently bought one that measures the temperature of liquids, so I put it at 45°C! The aroma spreads.
It's good to drink in cold weather.
