Azumarikishiニゴリ酒 活性生原酒

Kansai Salmon Wagura Gathering (7)
We were about halfway through the meeting when we had a drink of a slightly different kind of sake.
Higashi-Rikishi Nigori-shu (Nigori-shu) Active Nama-shu.
This was the first time I had tasted "Toryokushi" 🎉 or rather, I had never heard of this sake until this time 😲.
The aroma was not assertive, but the mouthfeel was rich with umami and sweetness, followed by the aroma of rice through the nose and the bitterness that lingered in the throat.
The mildness reminds me of doburoku or amazake ✨.
However, it is a gentle drink that is hard to believe that it is over 19 degrees, and if you drink it too fast, you might get drunk later.
The label is also stylish with two gorillas and "Nigori-shu", which is a love for Tochigi🥰.
