A little bit of sake with a tipsy mood 🍶.
Asahi Kiku in Kurume.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight sweetness and a mildly sour umami.
It is a little classic.
It was delicious cold, but I forgot that Asahi Kiku is known for heating sake😅.
Maybe it would taste even better heated up.
