マグロ漁船
Summer sake from Hakurei Shuzo.
I have had Hakurei's sake several times, but this is the first time I have had this product.
The label is nice and cool.
The aroma that rises is a fruity ginjo aroma.
The aroma is not too strong, but moderate.
The aroma lingers in the mouth, but the taste is sharp.
It has a hard image of umami.
There is not much sweetness.
The impression of sharpness remains unchanged from the mid-palate.
The spiciness comes out and it becomes what is called a "refreshingly dry" aftertaste.
As is typical of summer sake, there is a moderate aroma, and it is a refreshing and solidly tasty sake.
To my taste 85 points
