Today is 10/1 Sake Day, rugby is in full swing, so let's toast with #Hama-Chidori Junmai Nama-Shu Usu Nigori from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture 😊.
The slight gasiness, banana-like full flavor, and crisp finish make this a sake worth looking forward to every year. The rice used for this sake is Ginga no Shizuku, which is also delicious to eat. It is my favorite sake.
