I thought it would be oden on such a day, so I prepared it from this morning. I chose this one because I was ready to drink hot sake.
At room temperature, it has a yellowish color. The aroma is weak, but when you put it in your mouth, the umami of the rice comes through. Next, we warmed it up. The flavor will fill your mouth even more. It goes well with oden (oden is a Japanese stew).
