In the afternoon, we went for a walk in Morioka city!
We visited Morioka Castle, Kenji Miyazawa & Takuboku Ishikawa Museum, and ate jaja-men (Japanese noodles).
And now it's time for sake time, waiting for the shinkansen to return home...!
First, we compared Iwate sake.
The apple-like aroma was smooth and fresh, with a juicy sweetness from the dry astringency. The leesiness of the sake is like the pulp of the fruit, and the texture is gorgeous, like eating apples. The aftertaste is a little astringent and crisp, and it is delicious!

Good evening, stst 🌙
I want to go eat 💦.
I want to go eat 💦.
I've only had wanko soba, which is one of the three most popular noodles in Morioka...
I'd like to enjoy both there, though I'm bitten by the fact that it's not alcohol!
I'm jealous 😆.

Good evening, Jurian!
The atmosphere was nice, like an old-fashioned restaurant, and I recommend the chitan after dinner👍.
I was too full to eat, but I would like to try the wanko soba next time...!
