I went to a nearby bar in the rain because they were holding an Aomori sake fair.
The first drink was a Hakutsuru.
The first aroma was a mild ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, refreshing acidity and the richness and umami of the rice spread out.
It is not as good as the Junmai Ginjo-Hachizuru from the newspaper I drank before, but it is a rich, umakuchi type sake.
It was delicious 🍶.
