The instrument Masamune was purchased at the sake shop "Sake Sento Horiichi (main store)" in Nagoya!
I've been wanting to try the Shinmasa Yonotori, but I can't afford it very often.
I bought the same kijoshu to try 🧐.
Sake Sento Hakuichi has a wide variety of sake and many famous brands from all over Japan, so it was fun just to look at all the different kinds of sake 🤭.
About the instrument Masamune-refRain type-FG
The characteristics of kijoshu? Sake that is sweet and has a slight gaseous taste, just like the name "kijoshu".
It's not much different from regular sake, so it goes well with common snacks,
It also goes well with chocolate, cookies, and other sweet snacks.
