I finally got my hands on the Mashidaya collection from Ona, the pride of Tochigi. This is the jackpot✨.
It strangely doesn't have much flavor right after you put it in your mouth, but then the sourness and rice flavor comes gradually, and the flavor changes 3 times. It ends quickly, so this was also a mystery to me. I wonder why they can make it this way. I was surprised. ❗️
I bought this Ona and Tobiroki at cost as a set. It was for Tobiroki, but it is a wonderful sake that made me realize the goodness of Ona again.
