ミドサー酒呑童子
After cherry blossom viewing, I drank a glass with a tokuri at a Japanese-style pub.
The color is almost transparent and the texture is light, with a hint of ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the fruity aroma and sweetness spread.
The flavor is not too flashy, but not too simple either. It has just the right amount of sake character, with just the right amount of gassiness and a good mouthfeel, and it is also rather crisp, so it seems to be easy to use.
It is a modern sake, and I would like to try the other specs of the instrument Masamune.
Koji rice: 60 polished, Kake rice: 66 polished
