Fruity and refreshing, like melon. After a little bit of sake-like richness in the back of the throat, it seems to smoothly recede. It is very easy to drink and delicious.
It would be good with white fish sashimi, but today I paired it with tamari-zuke (pickled radish) and it was very tasty. I would like to drink it again.
