The sea urchin was excellent for drinking in the Kanto region, so I ordered it.
It was neither sticky nor bitter, but a bit rich. The flavor has a hint of peachy sweetness and a little fresher than peach.
I thought it was a little under-chilled as it seemed to be over 15 degrees Celsius, but I was surprised that it was ok because it followed the beer.
