Sake made using "Princess Michiko yeast" and the "Aloha method" in which all brewers wear aloha
(I thought "This label says nothing but lies..." but there really is a rose called Princess Michiko, and sake made with the flower yeast exists to a certain extent. I am sorry for doubting.
The taste is fruity on the palate.
It has a strong flavor and is an easy-drinking type of taste.
Lychee had nothing to do with it.
