This is the last of Kangiku's "ultra-limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake series. How does this sake taste, made from Hashu Homare and Yamada Nishiki (20%) sake rice produced by Takagi Shuzo?
The first thing to notice is the beautiful color of the sake. The aroma is faintly sweet, but when you put it in your mouth, a firm, yet elegant sweetness spreads on your palate. It is a sake with a fast initial speed until you feel the sweetness. This is the perfect sake for a leisurely evening drink at the end of the year.
