Thank you for your hard work during the week. Today we will have sake from Nagano.
The aroma is sweet and sour like a pineapple and the weight is heavy and robust. In the mouth, the deliciousness goes down jiri-li and disappears gradually. I combine sasimi konnyaku with vinegared miso, it's mild and delicious 😊.
I can't wait to go back to Nagano again and eat it with soba noodles and nozawana 🤤.
