2025.33th.
It has been a long time since I had it, Kamo Kanehide.
This time I bought it because it was recommended by Kai of Sakelabo.
As you said, it may be the ideal taste for a non-sweet spring sake.
I have the impression that Kamo Kanehide itself is not a sweet sake, and this sake is not very sweet either, but it is fresh and has a nice ooligalami flavor, making it a very easy to drink spring sake.
Although it is still cold now, it has a freshness that is a little different from the nigori of winter.
It is not sweet, but it is easy to drink, which I would recommend to beginners, and it also felt like a juice.
I would like to have it again next year.
Thanks for the treat.
