Since it is served cold, the standing aroma is not so noticeable. When you drink it, it has a smooth mouthfeel, and the chiri-chiri-ness and apple/pineapple type aroma makes it seem like a sweet and juicy, easy-to-drink, easy-to-understand drink, but the bitterness and astringent taste pull the taste down and it is not so gorgeous.

I was interested in this sake because it was the 2023 IWC Champion Sake🍶, but immediately afterward I thought it was too expensive and avoided it.
