While I was in Shiraoi, Nemuchi-san was on his way here. I've had Kakuemon before, but this was my first time to try Fukukomachi. And it was a Junmai Daiginjo made with rare rice Ichihozumi😳.
Rice polishing ratio 40%, Sake degree +0.5, Alcohol 15.5
Fruity but with a bitter and elegant taste!
I checked and it seems they use 1801 yeast!
