How is everyone doing on the first day of the holidays? I am having a light drink as usual.
I'm sure everyone read it as "Inui Shinichi" when they first saw it. LOL!
The aroma of melon that rises from the moment the bottle is opened, is it surprisingly sweet and umami type? The taste is hard compared to the aroma. The mellow umami is followed a little later by sweetness and acidity. The umami comes back slowly to finish.
I paired it with raw bonito and sea bream kombu-majime. Personally, my favorite fish are in season in spring, which makes sake more and more popular.
