Shinkame's characteristic is to convert all the sweetness into alcohol, but as usual, as one would expect from Shinkame!
These days, there are a lot of sake that are fruity, sour, and easy to drink. But that is not all sake is. This was a wonderful bottle that showed us that this kind of "sake" can still be at the forefront of the battle. Of course, I think this is one of the easier to drink sake among the Shinkame brands...lol.
If only it could break through the "sake" quirks of sake, it would be an excellent food sake. It goes well with meat dishes, and I paired it with spare ribs, but I couldn't stop drinking it! On the other hand, when I paired it with fish, I laughed because I couldn't keep drinking it down.
