Last time it was Yamahai Junmai, so this time it's a Junmai Ginjo.
It's gentle and sweet, but also crisp. It has a clean finish. It's delicious.

If I had to say how good the cold sake alone is, I'd say it's Jungiin.
But the Yamahai was good even when warmed up, and it was good warmed up too.
