HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023" (11)
Yasufuku Matashiro Shoten "Daikoku Masamune"/Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture
Established in 1751. There are four employees.
It uses Nada's famous miyamizu (miyamizu) water.
The brewery brews sake by hand in small batches, but due to aging facilities, the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery shares the brewery with the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.
Daikoku Masamune is another brewery of my favorite type that I now want to drink more carefully.
Benitenjo Junmai Ginjo
It is said that it was a picture of an old plum tree in the garden of Yasufuku Matashiro Shoten's brewery that inspired Suzue Minauchi, the author of the manga "The Mask of Glass," to create the sake "Benitenjo".
The sake is exquisite, with an assertive acidity, but also a sweetness that becomes more assertive in the middle.
Daikoku Masamune Ginjo-Namazake
It was sold out early on, so we were only able to taste it. Although it is a draft sake, it is also very tasty. I'm going to bring it back next time I see it.
They talked about Hakutsuru Sake Brewery, and we had a lot of fun talking about Kadofatu Sake Shop.
The brewery staff were very talkative when we told them about our distributor.
I learned this from bouken-san and I often put it into practice 🤣.

Hi Nemuchi 😃
I was so shocked to hear about the local liquor store going out of business here that I forgot to take a picture of the sake 😢.
Isn't the ginjo namasake delicious? I went to the brewery to buy this one before 😁.

Hello bouken, you mentioned in your post about the liquor store going out of business 💦It's a pity that it's the times we live in 🥲Ginjo namazake is certainly my favorite type of sake, and I can see why it sold like hotcakes 😉 I'll look for it when I go to the distributor 😁.
