pinokoAt a sushi restaurant, I asked for something to go with uni (sea urchin) and was served it.
The sake was so clear and transparent that it went right in and the aftertaste faded out beautifully.
It went perfectly with the Nemuro Takahashi sea urchin.
It was an excellent sake that did not interfere with the meal.
