While many autumn sakes are matured and have a great flavor, this one was a bottle of Ohmine, which is a raw ogara-mi sake and Omachi, which can only be imagined as fruity. I couldn't resist the urge to buy it.
After opening the bottle, it had a nice aroma, and when I drank it, the acidity was quite gentle, and the expression "yellow peach" was exactly right. In addition to the mildness of the molasses, the alcohol content is only 13%, which makes it easy to drink too much.
This sake is one of the most delicious sake of the year that I have ever tasted.
