I bought this sake after the clerk recommended it to me, saying that while most Sogen is unfiltered and raw, this sake is charcoal filtered and rare.
When I drank it, it had a slightly sweet taste. On the first day after opening it, I had the impression that it was smooth on the palate, but on the second day, I had the impression that it had a strong body. It is deep.
