This year, thanks to chika-san, I was able to get two bottles of new Tasake sake, including the one I bought myself, so I let one sit in the back of the fridge, thinking it would be delicious to drink during this time of summer 😊.
The aroma on the nose is fresh, fresh and sweet.
The first sip has a fresh, sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a refreshing sweetness.
The dryness that I felt when I drank it last December is gone, and the flavor is just right, making it the best fresh ripe one.
The taste is great. chika-san, Aomori's Sage is great!
