Drinking place】 Ogikubo Ichibe, Ogikubo, Japan
The accompaniment was miso-soaked mochi pork.
We asked for a sake from western Japan in the same vein as Ho'oubiden, and this was the one we got.
It had a fruitiness, flavor and taste, and was very delicious.
This might be the best one I had today.
