Although it is a brand in my Hall of Fame, I have not enjoyed drinking Oroku for a while due to its high price, but I still want to drink it regularly 😍.
This time it's the Jogi named after the brewer ❗
It is R04BY, but the long low temperature aging of Ohroku is still a wonderful thing 🥰.
It has concentrated umami flavor without losing the freshness of the unpasteurized sake, and the balance between the firm spiciness in the aftertaste and the mature aroma in the hints is perfect 💯.
I will buy this sake more often and more often 😁.
