A light, dry sake that signals the start of summer.
The mild aroma is like white grapes, and when you put it in your mouth, it goes down smoothly, followed by the umami spreading out softly.
The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing.
It is going to be one of my favorite summer drinks from this year.
