Nori
The scent when you open it is subdued.
Does the scent become milder when it's laid to rest?
But you can still smell the pleasant aroma.
I've had a few bad experiences with Miyamanishiki, but the first sip of this sake was... no questions asked.
I expected the flavors to swell and become more complex as I laid them down, but I got the impression that this was pure flavor.
The sweetness smoothly enters the drink, and with a pleasant sourness, it is full and crisp.
It is like an amplifier of flavor when used with sashimi or yuba.
Of course, it's good on its own.
I think this is one you should definitely try if you find it.
