This sake is made from Kame-iki, a rice produced from a mutant variety of Kame-no-o called Kame-no-iki. The rice is grown by Yonesuru Brewery, and the Yonesuru sales person said it was their original sake rice, so I guess Hououmida is allowed to use it. Therefore, Yonetsuru and Hououmida are the only two breweries that use it. The moment it enters the mouth, it is like water. After that, gorgeous flavors burst forth at once. It disappears smoothly at the end. Overall, it is refreshing. A little spicy for a Houou Mita. The price is over 2000 yen and other Hououmidas are sweeter, so I personally have a subtle impression.

When you drink it again, you can feel the sweetness, but in the second half, it is quickly taken away by the spiciness, so the impression of sweetness is weak.
