Hirotogawa Special Junmai
An all-rounder that tastes great at any temperature.
It has a melon-like aroma, and its umami spreads gently in the mouth. Slightly elegant. A stable and well-balanced sake.
It is of course delicious chilled, but in my opinion, it is best served warmed. The aroma and sweetness increase and the sake becomes more full-bodied. It has a sweetness, but it is also refreshing and not tiring to drink. Good sake.
